All AEM air induction systems are C.A.R.B. exempt or pending exemption (50 state legal) and come with complete installation hardware, comprehensive instructions, AEM decal and license plate frame. To avoid the possibility introducing water into the intake system and hydrolocking your engine, the use of the AEM Air Bypass Valve is highly recommended.
